Study Catalyst, Inc. offers the opportunity to explore and register for studies. By registering for a specific study, you become a candidate (or an "Applicant") via the Site. To become an Applicant for a particular study, it's necessary to provide your name, email address, and phone number (collectively referred to as your "Personal Data"). Once you've registered by providing this Personal Data, a representative either from Study Catalyst, Inc. or a participating research site will contact you to determine your eligibility for the Study, and if you're deemed suitable, to assist in scheduling an appointment to meet the physician conducting it.

Each study has its unique criteria for inclusion and exclusion. Unfortunately, we are unable to match every Applicant with a study. By registering as an Applicant, there's no guarantee that you'll be contacted by Study Catalyst, Inc. Furthermore, Study Catalyst, Inc. reserves the right to decline Applicants for any reason. The services offered to Applicants will be limited to considering them for studies, attempting to contact those who may meet the eligibility criteria, and providing appointment reminders and tools for facilitating communication between you and the study's researchers.

By registering on the Site for a Study, we are required to use your Personal Data in order to fulfill our contractual obligations to you in relation to the Services. We may also use your Personal Data for any other purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. When you register to become an Applicant, we will retain your Personal Data for a period of one year in order to consider you for one or more studies. After this period, we may contact you by email or phone to ask if you would like us to continue to keep your Personal Data on record so you can remain an Applicant for other studies. If we don't contact you, or if you tell us that you don't wish to remain an Applicant, we will delete your Personal Data as described in our Privacy Policy. You affirm and guarantee that all information you provide to us is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all relevant laws in relation to your use of our Site and Services.

The laws of the State of Florida, regardless of its conflict of laws provisions, will govern this Agreement and any dispute that may arise between you and Study Catalyst, Inc. The courts of the State of Florida will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to hear or determine any dispute or controversy arising under or concerning this Agreement.

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement (along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) represents the entire agreement between you and Study Catalyst, Inc. with regard to your use of the Site and our Services.

7. Acceptance of Terms

Through the use of this website, you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within the aforementioned Privacy Policy Agreement.
